Why would you worry about contamination with glyphosate (the presumed herbicide with Roundup Ready seeds)? The toxicity and carcinogenic characteristics of glyphosate are so weak that a large number of natural foods humans consume in vast quantities have significantly higher toxicity and carcinogenic potential.

Worrying about glyphosate residue in food is completely disproportionate to the risk. It is like people in rural Iowa worried about being killed by terrorists.

Many folks who claim to have gluten/wheat allergies may instead have glycophosphate allergies instead [1].

Easier for me to just avoid gluten whenever I can, and stick to organic if I need to purchase.
