Most of the stand alone apps have offline capabilities, though(maps, mail, notes, messages etc). If you planned the trip chance is that you already have all the info available offline. Nevertheless I can see how this app may prove helful but I think it's far from a killer-app because it requires manual input anyway(i.e copy hotel(s) information from email)
