1) If I fill a time in 24 hour format for example 23:00 you need to parse it correctly and understand its 11pm.
2) Let me add users to an event I already created.
3) Let me add people's IM instead of email. Especially critical for events that are in the next few hours as emails aren't always checked as often.
Just an FYI, once you create an event, if you edit it, then you are able to add more friends.
