Well… re-fueling (although that could be electric soon), eating and pissing every four hours. Sounds fairly similar to me.
What differences did you have in mind? More scenic routes and less Pirelli calendar? More batteries for hearing-aids, and less not-necessarily legal ‘pick-me up’?
