Looking for an Android expert to fork the OS for wearable AR devices

Guys, we are doing some interesting stuff at Phantom AR, a stealthly project I founded a while ago. We are building a quite unique hardware and inventing new and very efficient ways of interacting with wearable AR systems. Now we want to fork Android to modify the UI and provide a new input framework that will better suit AR. We're also building in some new specific core services available to AR devs. It will result in a new open source distro tailored for the new era of AR computing. Indeed, there's much more to it, we're not talking mobile phones any more. I can't disclose much more here but if you're into AR you'll be thrilled ;)

It's an enormous (and rewarding) project and I'm looking for a person who can start it and later head a larger team of engineers. Reach me at m@phantomar.com to talk more (extra points for experience with Google's Project Tango)
