I just noticed this when I logged in to check on a Mandrill template this morning. Couldn't believe it is an immediate TOS change without any sort of grandfathering or timeline for existing customers - that's a terrible way to handle things, never mind the rapid shutdown.
Doesn't instill a lot of confidence in me as a Mailchimp user. I'll be looking at alternatives for both transactional email and newsletters ASAP.
