You could copy and paste it into a word editor. I just did that with MS Word and it highlighted several misspellings for me.

Also in FF, a textarea box will show misspellings.

Or do you not have English dictionaries installed on your PC? (It's hard for me to get in the habit of remembering the internet is world-wide :S )

Done this. You'd be surprised how many misspellings it didn't catch.
