I agree that the home page needs more information about the filtering options. It's already on my list.
Do you have any suggestion for the "Jobs" page, though? How can we make it easier to interpret it?

Without going into too much detail, format the filtering better. For example, there's currently a mix of checkboxes, font sizes, text colors.. it needs to be more uniform UI wise and more prominent and friendly presentation wise.
