This reminds me of my musician days, when we sometimes talked about the four stages of progression from beginner to pro.

1. You know you don't know (beginner) 2. You don't know you don't know (cocky amateur - over confident) 3. You don't know you know (talented amateur - under confident) 4. You know you know (seasoned pro)




5. You know you don't know, and nobody else does either (fully realized)
