Right, and I'm not saying that that is inaccurate for those particular visas. Just that the generalization to "visa holders" is overbroad.

The vast majority of people you could hire that have visas are those two categories. L visas are even worse because I think you cannot transfer employers with them. The few H1-B spouses, O-* holders and others are few and far between.
