It says that the business they are engaged in is illegal in the state of New York. And the only one of us that made anything up was you, when you stated that someone specifically told them that they didn't have to move out of the state. You're claiming that the AG told them that running what the state considers to be a bookmaking operation from New York is OK as long as they don't take any bets from New Yorkers.
