It's an apathetic exposé/critique of various roles in, approaches to and/or views of software development. "In the end though, it is only when you solve problems with a human face that you can feel truly right; What is essential is invisible to the computer."
I see. Personally I prefer to just be a developer, not worry about how other people are doing it wrong... though like anyone I have plenty of opinions on such matters.
