I don't have Flash installed and was able to watch the video without issue in Firefox.

No. Can confirm they do in fact serve HTML5 video as I was able to watch the video in Chrome for Android.

It does use <video> tag for me. Maybe you have an outdated browser?

Actually they do, and their html5 player is BROKEN in my browser. There is no way to seek, even touching slider resets video position to the beginning.
