So I may be misreading this, but if this is a throwaway account (created one hour ago), why not share the rate? And if it's not a throwaway, it is an awfully convenient coincidence that the first post you choose to make on HN is anonymously supporting Toptal, who you have been working with full-time for three years, 'earning more than most of the developers from the US'?
