i hit the same things on mac, like ctrl-a/e.
couldn't jump to the beginning and the end of the file either.
i tried various shift key combinations until i finally inserted some special character which i couldn't delete.
all this happened within ~20seconds of trying it.
not sure what to conclude from it; im still in shock.
somehow the language of announcement is not in line with the capabilities of the tool. it suggested something more mature.
