Its a joke. Miller is loaded, and alibaba is full of cheap clones of diagnostic tools (and 'special' dongles that do magical things like cloning BMW keys, or bypassing Mazda 6 security in 4 seconds)
Yep, lots of amazing bitsy things for sale from Asia. I liked the very helpful strings output, it's so nice when programers are thoughtful like that and give helpful -h output.
