From what I've read, the Skylake GPU capability is a step backwards from the Broadwell ones, though it may be that's because the audience for the two chips released so far is considered to be gaming enthusiasts, who will probably have one or more discrete cards anyway.


Yeah, it just seems like only AMD understands that you have to marry the GPU with the CPU aspects of the processors now. And I don't know if AMD can keep it up at this rate considering some of the projections hint at a potential default around 2020.
