Could you be more precise as to what doesn't work?

Only if nobody else is queued, otherwise it should match you with someone instantly.

Thank you!

Unfortunately most users so far seem to suspect they are talking to an AI or that it's not real somehow ...

well, that's a challenge. maybe add a captcha to help with this?

Thought about it but ideally I want to do without captcha ... I think they can be a burden and may not be necessary for tiny niche sites like this.

For now I have some other bot mitigations in place so I wanted to see how far they'd get me.

No, I meant that with captcha the people who come in will have a sense of trust because they know that everyone has to do that test.

Ah yea sure, I'll consider it

Alright, here's my 42 second pitch:

I bring 4 years of combined experience and lots of ambition to enrich your team.

I spot creative solutions others missed - because I think outside the box.

I am not afraid of failure - Give me your goal, and I will achieve it.

Looks like it's not end-to-end-encrypted.

Which should be default for anything that offers dms.

I wanted it for Discord so I created an E2EE client on top of it: https://www.discryptor.io

Sounds interesting. Mind sharing the gist (hehe) of your results?

Big fan of on-a-whim-experiments.

I like your change. Much clearer.

Makes me more interested than the current syntax.

Your opinion is totally valid. However, is it really difficult or tricky to recognize that 'click' the default event of a 'button' tag? Isn't 'onclick=' kind of redundant?

we don't specify "click" on anchors or "submit" on forms, do we?

Sometimes it's enough that it's a catchy word with a free .com or .io domain. Doesn't need to be a meaningful acronym always, think Google, Sony, Xerox, ....

I made a name generator once that tries to do that: https://catchybrand.vercel.app
