I have seen it where new graduates are referred internally but have to have a mentor prearranged (typically the referrer) to oversee the work of the junior before they are offered the position...not sure that's helpful though..
When I got my Junior position after university I had just been applying to _everything_, mid-senior engineer positions, did not care. I was eventually booked to interview for a "senior" position where the interviewers made it clear that they knew I was a new graduate with no experience and essentially conducted a more junior-level version of the interview
They are are allowed to upload snippets but are limited in length and number of clips they are permitted to upload per episode. I assume they provide the allowance for purely promotional reasons. Personally, I find the clips too short to be particularly interesting
My real main issue is that time just flies by and I am learning nothing and accomplishing nothing
If you are constantly bustling between meetings, needing to context switch between teams/products/features, it will make it more difficult to make headway/improvement in any one direction (sense of stagnation)
The advice given to me was to make a mini plan for my own time and to define the role I am in myself. This confuses me because it doesn't actually solve my issue that my time is spread too thin.
Sounds like you can give yourself a title promotion, how about Principal Software Architect :) (just kidding). More seriously, one suggestion (other than reducing scope of responsibilities) might be to have the 3 teams nominate a go-between; you could then do a daily sync with each team's nominee and hopefully these syncs could reduce the amount of time spent you need to sit in the meetings yourself (to help free up some bandwidth, at least)
Similar to gaming the stock price for a couple quarters as C-level, but now with more incentive for this sort of behavior at IC level
