Automated process have so far managed to destroy the experience of the world wide web as a whole for developers and users both. And AI based tools seem like gas to this fire. Seems very soon web will die out of it's quality and only bots will remain.

There's a difference between legal and moral, while building cloud.doshare.me we looked towards different analytics platform that respected privacy by default and behold there weren't many. Even mixpanel claimed to be privacy respecting but in reality it's only legally compliant to privacy, they don't even allow self hosting of their solution. This is overall a very big problem in the tech industry and will continue to be so, unless it's ensured by everyone of us, it's more of a people movement than governmental and UN enforceable situation.

They really have a great engineering team

At the same time I am developing an MVP and pitching to potential beta users, so optimizing my time focused at product instead of access management would be great overall, or so I think.

Which one do you enjoy more?

How does that affect your decision?

Do you need to delegate?

Can you eliminate positions that require supervision?

Is the level of supervision appropriate? Are you requiring more than "good enough?"

Thanks

Tht'z true too, it just hasn't been marketed perfectly

It's real, I got so much disappointed by this market that I started up on my own product. Also, somehow got few people to join me and we're shipping this month.

That is not entirely true though, our team at doshare.me hired a lot of young graduates and we are building and iterating through product lifecycle quickly.

In my experience, seasoned seniors are expensive to get and bring unnecessary conflicts and issues to startups lifecycle.

Until startup has started to actually scale they definitely shouldn't hire seniors with a lot of experience.
