Looking for a hands-on CTO to ship code and lead a small team (2–3 engineers, growing). You'll build scalable backend services for AI-driven audio processing, integrate DSP/ML models into production and set technical vision.
*Requirements:*
- 3+ years managing engineering teams (5–15 people)
- Strong Python production experience (5+ years)
- Experience with audio/DSP libraries (NumPy, Librosa, SciPy, Pedalboard)
- Cloud infrastructure and ML ops (AWS/GCP)
- Passion for music and audio
