AI engineer and Fullstack Engineer

Using AI‑powered performance mining, we identify improvement potential, recommend high‑impact actions, and help organizations run asset management in a strategic, value‑driven way.
We're continuing building the platform to grow post MVP — and we’re looking for an engineers who want to build the application further
Your Responsibilities (AI engineer)
Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for performance analysis, forecasting, and automated recommendations
Build scalable AI services that integrate seamlessly with our cloud‑native backend
Collaborate on the design of data pipelines and feature engineering processes
Work with structured and unstructured data from enterprise systems and operational sources
Influence architectural decisions for our AI stack, from model serving to real‑time inference
Your Responsibilities (fullstack engineer)
Build and scale frontend and backend systems from scratch
Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using React, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI
Implement REST and GraphQL APIs and integrate with complex enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA
Design and maintain data pipelines and database architectures (e.g., PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
Build real‑time features using WebSockets or Server‑Sent Events (SSE)
Implement secure and scalable authentication and authorization (e.g., OAuth2, JWT, SSO)
Location: Onsite in Germany: Munich or Berlin --> please only apply if you are located in either of these cities
