I recently found out of a site (https://syessa.com) selling household items (hand soap, detergent, dish liquid, etc.) at equal to or cheaper prices than Amazon. Better to support small businesses! I ordered from them last thursday and received my order today.
Woah - very cool! I'm a part of Hack Club (https://hackclub.com), which is a nonprofit worldwide network of high school coding clubs. Hack Club has an amazing community of young developers - I actually lead a Hack Club at my high school, and I definitely recommend that you join their slack (https://hackclub.com/slack_invite) to connect with other young makers!
By the way, I'm a 17 year-old developer (https://shamdasani.org), but I probably started ~14. My main project is Enlight (https://enlight.nyc) to teach others to code by building projects. If you'd like to contribute, that would be awesome - feel free to shoot me an email :)
I'd like to weigh in on this as a 16 year old. By no means am I an experienced programmer [1], but I feel as if I am learning all that I can. Sure, stackoverflow and Google are there to help, but I make sure that I understand whatever I write.
This girl is using her age as a marketing tactic, and I understand the point of the author, but this post goes too far. Instead of pointing out her faults by making a big deal on his blog, the author should reach out to her and explain his opinion in a mature manner. I don't think it is right to expose someone publicly just for making a mistake.
