As I used to play CS 1.6 and CS: GO in my free time before the pandemic, this playable CS diffusion world map has been trained by a noob player for research purposes.
After reading the comments I can assume that if you play outside of the scope it was trained on, the game loses its functionality.
Nevertheless, R&D for a good cause is something we all admire.
How is the last version CS 2.0 (I think)? It’s been free to play like GO I guess. Is it like GO where physics felt too dramatised (could just be my opinion)? Or realistic in a snappy way like 1.6?
Yeah I also didn't know about it until two days back when I was discussing CS with a college friend when we checked it out we realised there is something new after CSGO as well. And of course "proudly Windows only".
A professional software engineer would never think of a static site as a personal website.
On the other hand, normal users don't have an understanding of static/dynamic site and which one to choose. It is entirely up to the non-greedy/greedy clowns to go for a complex CMS written in some programming language initially by themselves or a WordPress or HTML static site initially.
I think the author should have told whether this personal website is a static site or dynamic.
You, me and others know that Product Hunt isn't just a directory to showcase and publish your apps/websites/startups/products, but a spotlight that has many benefits when it comes to the IT industry.
Nonetheless, all these alternatives are good, and thank you for gathering them all in one place.
The value of Product Hunt is controversial. Founders spend a lot of time hustling for upvotes to reach the top spots, but the traffic they get might be comparable to a single Hacker News post. Perhaps the most valuable thing is the badge, but when everyone knows it’s earned through vote-pushing, who really cares about the badge anymore?
To who? I guess you are referring to indie founders here. When the badge is placed on any site (no matter how one gets it) it gives users and VCs some sense of trust.
Yes, AI companies can only work if they all somehow agree to slow things down a little bit instead of competing to release a better model like every month.
It will take some time to read the 129 pages before I come to any conclusion, but I can say one thing for sure, and those who know what deliberate practice is, will agree with me.
Deliberate practice is a lonely process, which can only be accomplished with courage, dedication and grit whether you have a mentor/coach/master or not.
Over the last few years, AI has become more common than HI generally, not professionally. Professional knows the limits and scopes of their works and responsibilities, not the AI.
A few days ago, I visited a portfolio website and immediately realized that its English text was written with the help of AI or some online helper tools.
I love the idea to brainstorming with AI, but copying-pasting anything it throws at you blocks you for adding creativity to the process of making something good.
I believe using AI must complement HI (or IQ level) rather than mock it.
