LoL, i Don't know why it got a lot of attention.

If it is for the meal i would be surprised, because he eats the most diverse meal than a few billion people in the world.

Does it matter if they are not forgotten?

Legacy implies transmission of information. So forgotten not in terms of memory, but a total loss of information (genetic, memory or otherwise).

I remembered an interview where the victim said "my 16 yr old younger brother tried to rape me while I was sleeping, when confronted he confessed he learned from pornhub" pornhub also needs to be responsible for such misguiding titles

She had toxic relationship with her employer (google). She wrote a paper about Google's deep learning nlp google considered it a bad publicity. They asked her to include references for her claim. she gave precondition. if precondition is not met she would resign.

google took that line immediately and told her "your resignation is accepted".

that's the whole story.

Don't be too proud. Many users just because it gives a false promises of free cryptos. Not because of search and replace chrome version.

Chrome+ublock is the best way.

Isn't getting paid to view ads a pretty good deal in 2020?

No ads is a better deal.

Having the internet is a better deal. And if companies can't make money we won't have it.

Unless somebody is naive it should be clear that trump and biden or any other government official agree on the importance of having upper hand in information and data collection.

Ask yourself why would you reward edward snowden type of action on your own government.

I mean look out the competition, china, russia, israel iran... Etc.

Ask yourself again would you do it? For what? What would you gain if you were trump or harris or biden. What is in it for you?

It really disappoints me to see people who can't see the stage drama and ground facts separately.

Any US government should not and would not pardon snowden in the coming ten years.

So beautiful. Good job.

The main problem is that Tesla autopilot uses pytorch which is a prototype and toying library designed by an intern as compared to tensor flow which was designed from ground up targeting realistic applications such as this one.

I'd be very curious to hear some elaboration on this claim; it's the first time I've ever seen it.

From my point-of-view, the fact that TensorFlow completely scrapped its entire ≤v1.0 graph-based API for a PyTorch-style eager execution API for v2.0 onwards does not suggest that it was “designed from the ground up” in any way, shape, or form. We're talking a total rewrite of the entire frontend codebase going from v1.0 to v2.0, and a total abandonment of all v1.0 style code. TF 2.0 is basically a brand new language.

Under the hood it's all the same BLAS/LAPACK operations anyway. I've found TF superior to PyTorch for stats methods and probabilistic programming in general (far richer API), but for standard linear algebra the two are equivalent performancewise, with PyTorch having the superior API IMHO.

Just being easy to use doesn't mean it has a solid back end. I agree pytorch is easier to comprehend UI for average person.

Completely irrelevant since the model is run on a custom chip. So no part of the pytorch code actually ever makes it into production.

Comma.ai recently switched their entire codebase from tensor flow to pytorch, how do you explain that?

This just makes me think that one of the main source of global warming is human population ( as co2 producers).

The TED talk that is linked in other comments debunks this too. All the CO2 exhaled by humans is short-term carbon that was recently taken out of the atmosphere by a plant. All plants and animals are short-term carbon sinks. The damage is caused by burning fossil fuels.

I suppose there might be a few artificial ingredients that are made from petroleum feedstock, and thus human metabolism cause it's first release as CO2, but it's tiny compared to the sugars and fats we consume from plants and animals.

Exhaled CO2 is in equilibrium with plants inhaling CO2 to provide us food, so exhaling isn't considered a factor in global warming.

But you need large number of plants to make it in equilibrium. Currently rate if deforestation is in par with global population growth

It has to be either in equilibrium, or in excess on the side of plants. If it's in excess on the side of humans, people would be dying out due to lack of food, which would then put it back into equilibrium. Deforestation isn't relevant to food because we don't eat trees.

You can directly request it from the platform. No need to use a crappy extension.

Yes, but that only gives me my own data. I might want to export events to a different platform, including which of my friends go to these events.

Also, I might want to read my friends' posts on a different client.

That very quickly veers into territory that violates facebook's terms of service.

The “access your own data + your friends' data” API is exactly what Cambridge Analytica used to scrape everybody’s friends’ data
