This is a great little site that might motivate me to leave substack

It did. I have the 950xl and the display dock. At the time, it was such an awesome feature that the world and how we work was not ready for yet. https://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Display-Dock-Lumia-HD-500/d...

Freaking cool. I don't know how I missed/forgot this, having been so immersed in the Windows Phone world. Thanks!

I feel like this is something that could spur Windows/Windows Phone adoption in modern times.

Display connectors were a problem back then. Now you can just use USB C.

Perplexity serving ads now made me cancel them

Do they still serve ads when you subscribe?

They do not. Also, the ads are sponsored follow-ups. Maybe someday they will be more blatant, but for now at least, they are easily ignored. I almost never use the canned follow-ups.

Yeah dude sorry but I agree with the other guy. You are living in a bubble if you think bidet adoption is high in the US.

It is very different because of the size and layout. You almost feel like everyone, including the cooks, are at one big table. It is honestly one of my favorite places to eat alone. It can be really fun at times. Also, kind of dangerous too

We have heaters for diesels, I do not understand why battery heaters aren't more of a thing.

Business Attorney Here.

I would speak to an attorney to see your next steps both in terms of setting up your business for success as well as making sure there are no issues with your current employment.

Indeed. Check your employment contract and get legal advice. Your employer might not be thrilled to find out about your side project.

Or worse, they may become thrilled and want a share of the $1M/year revenue since OP developed it while being employed by them.

For an rss reader, I prefer inoreader. The ability to create feeds for content that does not have rss is great.

You can just use a power connection and not a data connection then. Easy enough to buy a cable or adapter. I do that when I have two phones plugged in.

How long have you been on Mastodon? The federate/ don't federate conversation was huge even before threads launched.
