Yeah with this and the privacy zinger at the end its definitely time my monthlong experiment with arc comes to a close. Too bad that the thing theyre actually proud of, the tabbing UX, was actually really good.

That is a worse system, and this public policy change is preferable to poor people having to be live in workers.

I can't say the same, Hi-Fi Rush was incredible and I want so many more genre bending games like it.

Unity has much better documentation and tutorials abound for literally any topic. It also has all sorts of tools and assets that are easily available.

Godot is open source, and doesn't have the licensing fee controversy. You will not have to pay for Godot (unless you need to release to consoles). I also personally like writing GDscript.

#12 overall global university, #3 in Europe, a handful of other top 10 placements [1] seem like quite good rankings actually, and not knowing about the University of London seems like a gap in knowledge on your part if anything.

Easy to mix - but you're referring to just UCL, University College London which is one of the members of the University of London orgs. Full list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_London#Member_in...

Goldsmiths, UoL. is quite low. Probably lower in the light of people teaching using procedural text generators. Quite a waste of taxpayer's money.

Goldsmiths fosters innovative thinking - sometimes unconventional paths lead to great discoveries.

Ah, my bad. Apologies for overeager correction.

People will specifically not add android users to group texts. If I am making a casual group text, and there is one android user, it may just be easier to not add a person than turn everyone's text boxes green, reduce image size, etc.

Not social standing per se, but a 0.01% chance of being excluded isn't going to feel good.

He clearly meant what he said.

I wonder if the path stays consistent in other (maybe very high) number bases, or if that general path is random and unique to base-10

The path will look entirely different depending on the base you choose, but all paths for all bases should look roughly equally "random" because it's widely believed that π is a normal number:

Mass transit construction, promotion, and adoption would solve the same problem with technology that is easier to build and distribute.

The sad reality of our world is that transit hasn’t so far been able to eliminate cars.

We should keep on improving transit, but in the meantime, self driving cars will bring immense safety benefits for cyclists and pedestrians.

People will cycle more around self driving cars because they won’t tailgate and they will pass with the appropriate margin.

You're right, we should fix the laws.

The companies actions under the ownership of KKR should not be considered 'playing fair', and some corporate buyout laws should be changed to disallow this behavior, maybe by enforcing the anti monopoly protections that the US has on the books. Alternatively, we could make DRM illegal to make the market more competitive.
