What's the difference between what this guy is doing and cold fusion? I remember back in the late 80's two scientists claimed to have solved cold fusion. I'm assuming this is a different process?

They're using electric fields to get the ions to collide and fuse. Pons and Fleischman (the cold fusion guys) were trying to get ions to enter a Palladium matrix and collide that way.

I second the good bed idea. Haing a comfy bed helps tremendously.

I still play hockey and come home rather late. Because I'm wide awake when I get home, I do a few things which helps me fall asleep faster than tossing and turning for hours.

I take fairly hot shower and do some relaxation breathing in the shower. Afterwards, I stretch out for about 20 minutes. By the time I crawl into bed, my body is already slowing down and doze off quickly.

I think the shower loosens my muscles, and the breathing helps relax my brain. The stretching also helps my body transition to a more relaxed state.

I'm a pretty big advocate of privacy, but in order to protect mine, I take certain steps in order to avoid letting people use any of my personal information.

For starters, any social media I use, I use one of my many nicknames. I never use my real name, birthdate, and none of the information I use in any of these sites is accurate. My address, my age, my DOB - NOTHING is real in my profile. Even the picture I use isn't me.

This way, I control who gets my information and what they use it for. If Facebook is using my information, it certainly doesn't represent me in anyway.

If you really want to control the information, you can.

The guy picked out and dominated a specific niche most people never would have touched - on 5 hours a week.

Even if he gets REALLY crazy and doubles his hours each week, I can only imagine the success that is waiting for him.

Congrats on the move, I tip my hat to a true professional and successful warrior of the game.

The Jack Kerouac quote is so fitting for the piece. Very touching and heartfelt story.

I'm happy to hear you've made peace with this experience and the ghost of your friend.

I love that quote; the more I read it the more I'm touched by it. For the record, my girlfriend recommended it for inclusion.

How is Dans' family doing?

I believe the other big offender is "guru". Rails "Guru", or Social Media "guru".
