Currently working on a tool that allows you to get data insights/aggregations via natural language. currently only sql based databases/warehouses (Postgres, Bigquery and soon Clickhouse, Snowflake, sqlite, etc.). I will be working on document Databases at some point as well.

I started this for a bunch of reasons but mainly to allow non technical team members get any data insight they might need, without wasting dev resources on creating dashboards, queries etc.

I personally dislike this "everything in LLM/AI has to be a chat room" approach.

working on making it generally available but for now its early access only https://askquery.ai/

If you have any ideas, thoughts or concerns please let me know.

I love url shorteners as development projects. So GZ on launching one!

Looks A+ (am a fan of simplicity)

Haven't been able to test it yet. It allows me to create a short url but the input field either lets me mark the domain or the code but not both (Mac M1 2020, Chrome) and when I manually go to the link it just shows I am rate-limited.

- When visiting the GraphQL and Rest API's I get a rate-limit notification (in CA, US)

- Its not clear where and how you can get your own instance running, so having a URL to the GitHub repo in the settings next to the input would be nice. Having to find it via the CLI link and then going to the repo via the account is a bit to "hidden" imo. (am just a lazy person)

Oh, the rate limiting must be acting up. Lemme restart the server and it should be fixed until I get a chance to actually fix it.

I also agree about putting something in the modal about getting an instance up in running - will do.

Ok, it's restarted!
