You're not wrong. You're just working with the wrong people. If you want to be a part of the full system including SRE and DevOps tasks start looking for a new place to work. If you expect this group to change you're probably setting yourself up for failure.
You should leave the job as soon as you possibly can. Ideally today if financially possible.
The longer you stay at this job the longer you do damage to your future self and prevent yourself from doing great things and living the happiest life you can.
