The definition of full time is also changing slowly, right?

Any of the hours OP listed are legally full time. Part time is less than 32/week.

Here the full-time is defined by the collective bargaining agreement, which in my case is 38.5h/w (and you must take one 30 minutes break). Anything less is part-time.

That highly depends on where in the world they are.

when you remove power from those, does the display go blank?

If I’m not mistaken yes the power does go. I have a smartwatch with a 30day+ battery life (Amazfit Bip) which also uses I believe the same type of display.

It’s ~somewhat similar to a calculator 8 segment display in operation - low power, low resolution/pixel density, can be inverted etc. Or maybe old gameboys perhaps?

Completely agree. Great comment. Make it harder to find by simple means by requesting link takedowns, etc. Don't bother trying to make it harder to crack since real crackers will not be deterred.

Only to be deeply confused when ifconfig is missing...

I had this same question on my first IT job interview. Stumped me also... I think now I'd probably do some interview prep next time. I didn't get the job. :-)

Yes, and there are comments about Broadcom's history of price gouging after acquisitions.

I'm just thinking that for the high energy density would a Hydrogen (fuel cell?) pressure washer work?

I don't know if it causes people to have less sex. However, I do agree it could be a slippery slope to addiction. I stopped watching a week or two ago and I have urges daily. Can't say for sure this is real addiction but it definitely could lead there for many.

I'm interested in an adjusted schedule. Like all Fridays WFH or something. I imagine my work will eventually bring us back to the office but I'm definitely interested in working from home in some capacity.

Looks like the same concept as the BlueAir 211+ but way cheaper! Unfortunately, for me, it needs to look somewhat nice.

Must be a good design - I have that one because it has proven to be very effective in various tests. I think the DIY one could copy another aspect of it - the washable, "coarse" fabric filter you put around the entire device that catches bigger dust particles.

Seems like that issue would be fairly simple to solve.

I think a good solution would be some kind of box that you could just put over the whole thing while maintaining airflow. Ideally you'd also be able to sit on it or use it as a kind of side table.

It wouldn't be too hard to build something, e.g. out of wood, to do the job, but that would surely increase the total build time and tools needed by at least 10x.

There's got to be some cheap and widely available product out there that you can just buy and use. (Something from IKEA?) I looked around but haven't found any good options so far.
