A big part of AirbnB or Booking is dealing with fraud, like host that promise a nice room but it has leaks or cockroaches or the room doesn't even exist. How are you going to verify that? And what about nasty guest?
The page says "buy" and "property right". I'm not sure it's legal to claim that.
I want to share what I've been working on in the past month and get testers and feedback on it. I'm building an app to make house hunting experience a lot better. Right now it only supports those who are advertising rental homesteads/condos/vacant unit(in a property). Anyone using the app will see nearby vacant listings in a 1-10km radius from their current location. If you are on the move with your device you will see fresh content and updates in real-time.
