First time I saw that quotation, I thought it showed an amusing lack of understanding. Now I see the point; we need to know what questions need asking before we can begin to build anything of value in response.
It is so ambiguous that it each person can interpret it in a different way and it looks so deep and thoughtful. Coming from Picasso I would imagine he may have been thinking "...They can only give you answers, but no create beautiful things"
Good point. It's not just what you're doing in your downtime, but how you're doing it. Anything that you can make challenging, relaxing and significantly different (from work) can actually leave you more able to focus, and therefore go towards increasing your productivity.

I love how in the Making Of video, the second guy says, "The most difficult part of this project was to actually play through all the levels and get 3 stars." I don't feel so bad about my scores now.
Yes, me. Given the right company, I would be all for that. His "Females?! In MY ridiculous hacker house?!" was not a sell, but otherwise I see no problem. That startup culture and that space might not be appealing to you, but please don't speak for all females.
