Tandem Health | Software Engineers | On-site in Stockholm, Sweden | Full time

At Tandem Health we're building a clinician copilot to allow clinicians to focus on care rather than administration. We’re building, launching and iterating quickly, already at $300k ARR (+35% MoM) with hundreds of clinicians using the product every day. Our core product listens in to the patient-clinician interaction to generate medical records, allowing clinicians to save 5-10 minutes per patient.

We’ve recently raised a large seed round and are expanding our Stockholm team with exceptional engineers! Our tech stack is mostly Python and TypeScript/React running on k8s in Azure.

More info at https://tandemhealth.ai

Feel free to reach out to john.moberg@tandemhealth.se if you have any questions.

We’re using generative AI to automate medical documentation so that clinicians can spend more time with patients. Founded 8 months ago, we’re already live with dozens of clinics all over Sweden, growing rapidly (onboarded >10 new clinics during the last month), and are now gearing up for expansion to new markets.

We’re a small team with an audacious mission - health care represents 10% of GDP and 30% is spent on administration, of which 43% can be automated. The impact will be huge. We believe that with our team’s strong understanding of the healthcare space in Europe and a fantastic engineering team, we will be the team that does it.

And until we can measure impact in terms of % of GDP, it’s already incredibly fulfilling to go to a care centre and meet clinicians that love our product. The impact is very real!

We’re currently looking for generalist engineers. Experience with health-tech, frontend, infrastructure, security, LLMs or ASR is especially meritorious.

If you think this sounds exciting, please reach out to me at john.moberg@tandemhealth.se and let’s explore a fit!

The code is licensed under Apache 2.0, but the weights are CC BY-NC 4.0 according to the README, so no commercial use unfortunately.

You could try SentenceTransformers: https://www.sbert.net/

Thank you!

You can already do quite accurate transcription with domain-specific technical language by feeding "raw" transcriptions from Whisper to GPT and asking it to correct the transcript given the context, so that'll most likely work out for you.

It's been completely down for me in Sweden since this morning (8 hours and counting), but it works fine when using a VPN to US servers.

DeepMind already seem to be using JAX quite extensively: https://www.deepmind.com/blog/using-jax-to-accelerate-our-re...

You should check out Modal! Does much more than just cronjobs, but super easy and cheap: https://modal.com/docs/guide/cron. They have an example with a simple web scraper as well: https://modal.com/docs/guide/web-scraper

From their pricing example:

> You schedule a job to run once an hour for 15 seconds. This job uses 50% of one CPU core and 256 MiB of memory. This job will cost $0.016/day for the CPU, and $0.001/day for the memory, adding up to $0.017/day, or $0.51/month.

Ooh and apparently everyone gets $30/mo of credits as a baseline, so this is within the free tier (if you don't want to pay 50 cents per month...)

We use Modal at my startup, it’s fantastic.

This is very cool. Love the pricing model.

Wow

I can't get their site to load.
