1. Try the meds. View them as a crutch on your road to recovery, not a cure all. You have to retrain your mind to see the positives in life. The drugs may help, they might not, but at the end of the day you are the one that determines if you are happy. 2. Try mindfulness meditation. TL;DR is go to quiet spot, close your eyes, breath in and out, and focus on just breathing deeply. Longer link at the bottom. Lots of good books out there too. 3. Everyone dies eventually, so there is no need to rush there. Push yourself to enjoy life, even if it if hard.

Good luck

I wish you the best of luck. However I can't imagine purchasing one of these vs just buying the specific items I need on amazon for cheaper.

Agree. Wish them the best of luck, but i'd rather go to BBB and buy 5 or 6 items from their travel bins. Don't see a huge value add here.

Don't get me wrong Asoftmurmur.com is also great, and I tend to use a combination of noisli and it.

Sign up for internet dating and go on dates with strangers. You will soon discover everyone is awkward and it is all okay.

Or go to tech meetups. Ask people about themselves and just listen to what people have to say. People love to talk about themselves and you can learn a lot about them and yourself.

It will be hard It will be awkward It will feel really strange at first

But being really good at connecting with other people is vital to getting the jobs you want. Having hard skills is important too, but you seem to already have those.

Good luck.
