They don’t, at least not here in the US. In areas with power outages, gasoline stations do not operate.

WiFi is definitely on my todo list! Already have written some C WiFi code, just need to find time to writer the driver.

You can get a black MacBook and slap a NeXT logo sticker on it. It's more or less the same thing. Current macOS is a direct descendant of NEXTSTEP.
