I have been developing a new command line tool for working with BitTorrent metafiles.
It supports .torrent files for the recently released v2 and hybrid protocols.
Benchmarks show it outperforms other metafile creation programs like mktorrent thanks to fast multi-buffer hashing using the Intel ISA-L cryptography library.
