You can take a look at the announcement video https://youtu.be/Y-aPS2AwMbc?si=RD4Ja8tJggLPgXGj

The pdf also has a picture of it where you could possibly reverse Engineer the dimensions based on the other things in the picture. Looks very flat like an iPad battery

As understand it the battery is 26 Ah and looks to be the size of my 20 mAh powerpack at home.

I don't get anything like that. Just memes and people complaining about dog poo

Are you looking at your feed or the reels? It happens in the reels (and on Instagram if you go the search page, most of the suggested items are thirsty)

That may apply to a vanilla account, but if your account is old, then that's just the kind of stuff you click like on, dwell on, bookmark, etc. We have to consider that these men may not be honest about their activity as well.

The search and reels page just shows you what you interact with, and in my experience it tends to overreact to recent input. Look at a couple cat reels for example, and the very next or so refresh will have more cat reels.

My Facebook account is 21 years old and my Instagram is probably 15 years old.

This problem only started about two years ago. I didn’t change my behavior.

The feed. I almost never look at reels.

For small transactions right? I haven't looked much into it but I thought the main purpose was to save people all the transaction fees.

That's not the main purpose. The main purpose is tech independence.

I'm having a hard time reading the gray-on-black text. Is there a way to change it?

It's also the time in Iceland, conveniently

Advanced buteyko doesn't let me go very far unless I sign up for an $160 course

I only did the basic free thing, and found it an interesting experience that calmed me down a lot. Personally I've moved on to other breathwork systems that I think accomplish the same things, but I like better- I practive several of Wim Hof's breathwork methods, as well as the breathwork training that freedivers use.

All of them involve intentionally and temporarily invoking hypercapnia (high CO2) and hypoxemia through slower breathing and/or breath holds.

Of course they have a choice. Firefox started going downhill IMO because they kept copying Chrome. Vivaldi decided not to include AI until a good use case was found for it. This announcement was met with a lot of positivity.

This confused me as well. You are supposed to enter the number of seconds way below.

btw I would also like to be able to enter a time between segments. For example 3 minute segments with 1 minute of rest between them.

The confusion arises because it displays the timer in minutes but sets it in seconds. Thanks

Why did you stop using it? Asking because I was wondering if I should get one.
