Just as well as it could be “less bots” promoting one side, to “more bots” promoting the other. What types of war would you not consider a crime?

This reads like a male hit piece. It seems the author’s goal is to fight misogyny with misandry. Pot meet kettle?

Gender nor race are requirements for these experiences. They likely emerge from corporate bureaucracy and human insecurity.

I agree mostly.

However, I think we need to add that being one of "the most productive engines of society" comes with great responsibility. The record profits for share holders and executives may not be enough incentive to maintain appropriate levels of that responsibility.

No one wants this. It’s a gimmick. Google glass was 2013.

Trick my brain into believing it is in another world. That is what is exciting. This is what your consumers want. An escape from this world into another. Sometimes it’s there, most of the time it’s not.

Did the 10 independent experts provide any evidence for these new claims? I can not find any in the article you have provided. I believe you should confine your assertion to “high risk” as the article states.

FTA: “ In its most recent evaluation, carried out last month, the IPC said Gaza remains at “high risk” of famine as the war continues and aid access is restricted, but stopped short of classifying conditions as a famine.

Who hired the engineer? It seems like they failed to make a successful hire, but that happens sometimes.

>but I kind of want to have a conversation about how they code, what they do, what their method and see if it rings true.

I think these are great ideas. What kinds of things were you asking in your interviews?

I can't remember where I got this from, but I like to ask them to talk to me about their favourite project. It can be school, hobby or work, just something they are excited about. Then we talk about what made them excited, what design tradeoffs they considered, the problems they ran into, how they overcame problems, what they would do differently knowing what they know now, and so on.

My favourite answer was a guy who replied "I've been working recently on some OpenGPL stuff in Common Lisp for the X window protocol". That was an interesting chat, and I was happy when he accepted the offer I made at the end of it.

I think you may be assuming the parent poster's definition of minority.
