OP here. I built this open-source dbt package to standardize B2B metrics (churn, activation, etc.) on top of Segment/Rudderstack schemas. It also uses persist_docs to push semantic definitions into the warehouse metadata so AI Agents/LLMs (via MCP) can read them to avoid hallucinations. You can install it in your dbt project or fork it.
