I started as a Notion user, but then it gets complicated and overwhelming quickly. It can be a good database and beautiful system, but for individual use cases, it’s too much for ADHD. I tried to use Apple Notes and Docs from then, but with too many notes, insights get buried and cannot be found easily. So I built an AI note app called saner.ai since & it worked better for me at least.

It would be great if you could check out Saner.AI - an AI Note app I'm building with more note & AI capabilities :)

I remember how tricky it was when I first started doing user interviews, so I thought sharing some interview templates might be helpful for other founders

The goals of an interview are different depending on what you’re exploring. For me, these chats focused on understanding user struggles and needs.

My template is built from a combination of insights from:

1) A must-read for user interviews: The Mom Test by Rob Fitzpatrick. It shows you how to uncover user needs with as little bias as possible.

2) Another great read: Demand-Side Sales 101 by Bob Moesta & Greg Engle. It helps you understand the user's “job to be done,” so you can align your product and messaging with their needs.

3) Other newsletters, and blogs I came across

So here's the template that guided me through 200+ interviews.

P/s: I’d love to hear your thoughts or feedback —feel free to drop a comment!

I'm building a new kind of knowledge management app called https://saner.ai/ :0 Where you can connect all your knowledge sources, query them with AI and create new content based on them with many AI model

I am also thinking and planning about similar system for interactive and intuitive prompt based queries ala ChatGPT but it is for comprehension rather than generating new documents or data. The main aim is to have easy access to knowledge and information on various government documents on laws, regulations, procedures, etc, and since it utilizes some confidential documents the contents should not leave local HPC.

an AI knowledge base for ADHD entrepreneurs at https://saner.ai/

an AI knowledge base for ADHD founders at Saner.ai

I would recommend to try out some AI knowledge management app :) it reduces the need to be super organized, I'm building one name https://saner.ai/ if you are interested in checking out

This is interesting and helpful! Thanks a lot for sharing.

I'm building an AI Note app focusing on ADHDer and find that this resonates well:

> We were too unfocused in our target market, and ended up as an “everything app.”

I'm still trying to find traction and the specific use cases for it but not sure whether it's clear enough. Would be great if you can have a look on the app and share your thoughts - https://saner.ai/

I would suggest you to check out Saner.ai -I'm building it to solve the context switching problem while taking note for ADHDer. Plus it has a side panel note on chrome enabling you to take notes without switching tabs :) https://saner.ai/
