For the past 8 months, I've been developing a software to make that process of resume screening automated and streamlined. Would love to see any feedback!
The resume screener automatically takes the skills of the candidates into account. However, we do not scan for exactly how much experience a candidate has in a particular field, as we believe that is a job best left to recruiters based on their company requirements.
