I workout several times a week at a gym that has classes with programmed workouts. However, I often find myself at a hotel gym with limited equipment and no pre-programmed workout. Do I just run on the treadmill... sounds boring. So, I wrote an app/website that will takes the information below as input and output a workout. I've designed the simple interface to work best on smartphones... that's what I normally have in the gym.
Muscle group focus (up to 2 groups)
Workout length (5-60 minutes)
Number of movements (2-5)
Fitness level (4 levels)
Equipment access
It selects from a list of movement and estimated burned calories and the workout time. The movements in the workouts contains links to youtube videos of movement demos. There are calculations in the backend that:
alter the total workout time based on fitness level
filters movements based on fitness level
adds a bit of randomness to the rep counts for variety
I would love to have some feedback. Is this useful to anyone besides myself? Do the workout time and calorie calculations sound reasonable? What about the movement rep ranges?

The idea of having a clear path to a good workout with limited equipment and time while traveling is something that I would be definitely interested in. I spend a lot of time traveling and a lot of time running on the boarding treadmill!
