Changes:

Repository storage limit: Free workspaces will now have a total storage limit of 1 GB.

Snippets and Downloads: These features will no longer be available for free workspaces.

Pipelines logs: The retention period for Pipelines logs will be reduced to 90 days.

For me, the killer is :

Free repositories that have not been accessed or pushed to for more than 3 months may be archived before April 28, 2025.

Yeah this is a real kick in the nuts.

The 1Gb limit is the issue for me, Im at 1.9Gb across about 50 repos.

The saving grace on your point i guess is this:

> however, there will be a self-serve process for the repository admins to restore the repository if they so choose.

I am based in UK. Will a legal approach still be effective?

im not sure, but the chances are not nil. An lawyer will give you better answers than someone on the internet. Any other non-eu country would have less chances

The app is free and provides full funtionality as long as you are a member (paid or unpaid) of the website. The paid part of the website has nothing to do with the app's functionality.

IIR, even mentioning in the app that there is something, somewhere that could be paid for (without Apple getting its 30%) can piss off Apple.

No where in the app or the app landing page is it mentioned that there is any paid functionality.
