Lately I’ve noticed a disturbing pattern: highly rated Amazon products turning out to be absolute junk. I did some digging and realized just how deep the fake review problem runs. Between review farms, AI-generated praise, and sellers hijacking old listings, it’s getting harder to know what’s real.
Fakespot was a solid tool to catch this, but it shut down. So I built FakeFind — a lightweight, AI-powered Amazon review checker that scans a product’s reviews and gives you a trust score (1–10). It detects patterns like mass 5-star floods, vague language, and suspicious reviewer behavior.
