Inspired by the recent post implementing Minesweeper in 100 lines of Ruby, here it is in 70 lines of C, at least a couple of which are blank.
It's a long time since I've done any APL, and I'm not sure it's going to be possible to reduce this to a single line thereof. But I'd love to see someone competent have a go :-)
