I'm with you on that, too!

I always liked the quote from Good to Great, "Start by getting the right people on the bus, the wrong people off the bus."

There are two types of markets. There are markets with demand and markets without demand. If you're entering in a market without demand with a stellar product or service, you need to educate the market to create that demand, and that can take years. When you enter a market with demand, all you have to do is build attention, improve your product, and make sales. Much much easier.

I missed this the first time around, so I'm glad it got popular again. Good presentation.

Too bad it's not out today. Got us curious now!

I've used Visual Website Optimizer for a few weeks now, and I'm loving it. It's no wonder they're doing so well. Software is easy-to-use, for coders and non-coders, and it sheds some light on A/B testing. Personally, I think their product may help make A/B testing more main stream.

I talked with several startups about Visual Website Optimizer and I heard this same sentiment repeatedly. Their app is really great to work with. I will be using it on all projects going forward.

I can't say I'm surprised. I mainly use it on blogs, and e-commerce stuff and it has been great!

Thanks for your kind words!

Apparently, you can click that little icon in the chrome, and it reverts to a traditional blog layout. It's not the best, but at least you can read the site still.

I really like how he delivered this free course. I have to check out Socrated now. Have you tried it Socrated before?

Glad to hear he's doing better. He's a nice guy and he does awesome work. His interviews are practically priceless.

That's because I haven't split-tested that form yet. I'm currently preparing to run that one right now.
