European tech companies will always be behind the US. They are giving €80,000 to developers in firms valued at $2 billion :) Look at the salary scales of OpenAI and other companies. Yo will see the difference.

You're making two key assumptions:

* How far ahead/behind a company is is entirely a function of developer talent.

* How talented your developers are is entirely a function of their salary.

I strongly believe that neither one of these things is true. We'll see who's right in the coming years.

It doesn't matter if it interfaces via CLI or not. Testcontainers tends to make things work but also introduces difficulty in resolution. You seem to have missed the point.

Totally agree with your move!

yes yesss more marketing b...

Samsung will beat the Apple. good for them.

Python is quite basic and might not be very helpful for advanced users. It seems overly detailed for such a simple task.

Bad news for Figma. I am hundred percent sure that Adobe's alternative product will dominate the entire design market.

Adobe XD never gained adoption so I don't see that happening with this failed deal so you will be 100% wrong.

Where Adobe will likely win out though is in the AI side of things so time will tell if that would be enough to replace Figma alone.

Adobe discontinued their product. What do you mean?

Verge article on Lego Polaroid stuff? Yeah, it's got details but kinda skips the tough bits. Marc, the dude who made it, got lots of no before this one clicked. They ain't show much how tough it is to kick off your Lego idea. Sort a paints a wonky picture for peeps thinkin' 'bout jumping into Lego design.

I completely agree; they just developed a UI for ChatGPT, that's all.

Application doesn't provide a way to remove installed certificate. Don't use this app.

The way Charles does this is by generating a root certificate dynamically and makes it really easy to remove by giving you instructions for how to install and remove it just for Chrome for example:

https://www.charlesproxy.com/documentation/proxying/ssl-prox...

https://www.charlesproxy.com/documentation/using-charles/ssl...

That only works on Windows, I believe (and maybe on Linux). Chrome on macOS uses the system root certificate store.
