I highly suggest going the "Something Awful" route, and simply just making fun of the lawyer(s) in question until they stop.

People like this should be treated the way they act. Like children.

He got a lawyer involved first to make sure it wasn't crossing any boundaries with his actions.


Unfortunately, treating them dismissively -- while appropriate -- does not help discredit or dissuade them.


If done skillfully, it makes some of them go full tilt to the extent that they get themselves disbarred for insanely stupid things. Then you have to deal with being hated by a crazy unemployed ex-lawyer, so think twice about doing this if they live nearby.


Well I don't know about dissuade, but it has surely already done much to discredit them.
