MongoHQ (YC S11) is hiring a support engineer
on Feb 13, 2013 | hide
We are a Series A funded database infrastructure company with real revenue and customers you've heard of. Providing good support for these customers is enormously important and we like to think we do a pretty good job. We think we can do an even better job by finding someone to focus on the support challenges, which is where you come in.

You might be a good fit for this particular role if you are technical, have a decent grasp of database backed applications, and enjoy talking to other developers. Our hope is that the role will grow as you do - if you start off handling support and end up contributing more to engineering and ops we'll be excited.

We help developers with any number of problems, everything from troubleshooting driver issues on their applications, to database schema design, to the intricacies of working with our hosted tools. Everyone in the company pitches in on support, so you will also be working closely with the founding team, engineers and product people.

Our offices are in San Mateo, CA and Birmingham, AL. We also allow people to work remotely if they're a good fit and live in a US time zone.

Send us an email (hello@mongohq.com) and let us know about a company that's given you amazing customer support.
